Description

You will architect and implement optimal Workday Financials solutions, including grants management and security frameworks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements confirmation, solution design, and gap analysis for Workday Financials.
• Optimize Grants Management modules including Pre/Post-Award, Effort Certification, Subawards, and Salary Cap.
• Collaborate with implementation vendors to optimize integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design and implement Workday Extend solutions to address functionality gaps.
• Define and implement security frameworks, data governance, and FDM structures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ERP implementation experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience.
• Active Workday Financials Certifications (Core Financials, Banking & Settlements, Revenue Management, Grants Management, Accounting Center, Contracts-to-Cash valid through 2025 R1).
• Advanced expertise with Workday integrations and analytics tools.
• Strong compliance experience with US GAAP and federal grants.
• Experience with PeopleSoft migration.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Preferred Skills

• 15+ years total professional experience.
