Description

Lead Site Reliability Engineering for Azure-hosted Java services, integrating agentic AI automation into production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability of Kubernetes and Docker-based Java services on Microsoft Azure.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Configure Dynatrace for comprehensive observability and define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, Bash, and Ansible to streamline infrastructure operations.
• Deploy and orchestrate Microsoft Agent Framework agents for triage, communications, and PIR tasks with human-in-the-loop safety controls.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Site Reliability or Production Engineering experience.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker containerization.
• Proficiency in Java production systems.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines, specifically with GitHub Actions.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Experience with Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Understanding of SRE principles including error budgets and observability platforms (Dynatrace preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-agent orchestration patterns.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Agent Framework for AI-driven operational workflows.
