Description

You will architect highly available, scalable, and secure AWS-based solutions while defining SRE standards, SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets. You own the enterprise observability maturity and lead production readiness reviews.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect secure AWS solutions and implement resilience patterns like circuit breaking and graceful degradation.
• Define SRE standards, error budgets, and reliability frameworks for the organization.
• Evaluate and enhance CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, and remediation frameworks to reduce operational overhead.
• Lead blameless postmortems and drive systemic improvements across engineering teams.
• Mentor engineering and SRE teams on reliability best practices and automation strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SRE Architecture and Reliability Engineering.
• Deep expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless technologies.
• Strong observability skills using Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Jaeger, and OpenTelemetry.
• Programming and scripting proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-driven observability or automation tools.
