Description

You will serve as the onsite technical lead bridging the gap between customer requirements and engineering execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance analysis, tuning, and optimization efforts across applications and systems.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams to implement.
• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and align on priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Engineering, technical project management, or business/technical analysis.
• Strong background in Java development for system tuning and optimization.
• Proficiency with performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
• Experience with cloud optimization and capacity planning.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of performance testing processes within agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and present technical updates to leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment.
