Description

You will serve as the primary onsite technical lead for performance engineering and project initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance analysis, tuning, and optimization efforts across microservices-based systems.
• Act as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders and internal engineering teams.
• Manage capacity planning and cloud optimization to ensure system scalability and reliability.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive project execution.
• Communicate technical status, risks, mitigation strategies, and triage outcomes to leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, technical project management, or business/technical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with GCP stack and Kubernetes.
• Strong background in Java for application tuning and optimization.
• Expertise in performance monitoring using Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
• Proven experience in performance testing within Agile methodologies.
• Deep understanding of system performance metrics, profiling tools, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in consulting or onsite customer engagement roles.
