Description

You own performance engineering and technical project delivery for on-site stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and align priorities.
• Lead performance analysis, tuning, and optimization across applications and systems.
• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects to meet quality standards.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Engineering, cloud optimization, and capacity planning.
• Strong development background in Java for tuning and optimization.
• Proficiency with performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and AppDynamics.
• Experience executing performance testing within Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in performance engineering, technical project management, or business/technical analysis.
• Strong understanding of system performance metrics, profiling tools, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
