Description

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable infrastructure for complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Define and enforce Infrastructure as Code standards with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, APM, and alerting strategies using Datadog, New Relic, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace.
• Manage container orchestration and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Document SRE best practices, technical processes, and reliability standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience building complex systems.
• 8+ years of professional Site Reliability Engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language: Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, Ruby, or PHP.
• Deep expertise in cloud providers: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience with IaC and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Proficiency with open-source telemetry (OTel) frameworks.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, PagerDuty, or XMatters.
