Description
You will architect the modernization path for mainframe development workloads.
Responsibilities
- Design interfaces between mainframe systems and Java/.NET applications.
- Guide the modernization of overall mainframe development practices.
- Implement and manage mainframe DevOps and SRE tooling strategies.
- Design and oversee ETL processes within the mainframe environment.
- Present technical designs and architectural recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of professional experience.
- Expertise in IBM Mainframe tools and DevOps practices.
- Proven experience with Mainframe SRE principles.
- Hands-on experience with ADDI and zDIH.
- Familiarity with zOSConnect API.
- Experience implementing Kafka on Mainframe.
- Proficiency in ETL processes.
- Ability to design integrations between mainframe and modern application stacks.
