Job Description:    
15+ years of experience in enterprise IT or telecom environments with strong exposure to OSS/BSS systems
8+ years of architecture experience on IBM Mainframe z/OS and midrange (Linux/Solaris) platforms
Proven expertise in Site Reliability Engineering including SLO, SLI, and error budget management
Deep knowledge of Ericsson Telcordia OSS applications such as SWITCH, TIRKS, FACS, WFA, and SOAC
Strong experience designing reliability architecture for high availability, resiliency, and disaster recovery
Hands-on expertise with mainframe technologies including z/OS internals, JCL, IMS, VSAM, and performance diagnostics
Solid background in observability, monitoring, and AIOps tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Instana, NetCool)
Experience driving automation, self-healing systems, and CI/CD reliability practices across hybrid environments
Strong understanding of telecom processes including provisioning, order management, activation, and service assurance workflows
Proven leadership in incident management, root cause analysis, and driving MTTD/MTTR improvements across production systems
