Description

This role ensures the availability, performance, and scalability of applications and infrastructure by driving SRE practices on-site in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Champion SRE principles including CUJ, SLO, SLI, and Error Budgets.
• Build and maintain dashboards, error budgets, and monitoring frameworks.
• Automate infrastructure and processes using Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and proactively resolve system anomalies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in SRE or related infrastructure roles.
• Expertise in AWS Cloud and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Proficiency with Python and Ansible for automation tasks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools: Dynatrace, Splunk, and Elastic.
• Experience with .NET and SQL environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React and full-stack integration.
