Description

You will own the automation of infrastructure deployments, monitoring, and incident response to ensure system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, Ansible, and Python for infrastructure management.
• Manage container orchestration across on-prem and Rancher Kubernetes environments.
• Handle incident response and problem management to maintain system stability.
• Schedule monitoring and automation workflows using Cron and Airflow.
• Configure and manage storage solutions, including volumes, aggregates, backups, and DR planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related roles.
• Extensive experience with Linux distributions such as RHEL and CentOS, including shell scripting and filesystem utilities.
• Proficiency in Python, Ansible, and Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes objects and container orchestration.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Apica, and Grafana.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience managing storage systems, specifically NetApp ONTAP.
• Understanding of distributed computing principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
