Description

You will own the technical architecture and reliability of high-traffic digital platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall technical architecture and collaborate with teams to mitigate reliability risks.
• Automate operations including CI/CD pipelines, incident response, and infrastructure provisioning.
• Enhance observability across production systems using monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues to minimize Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR) and maintain SLAs.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, incident response, and post-incident analysis.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing and supporting large-scale, high-traffic digital platforms.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Hands-on expertise with observability tools such as Dynatrace and SolarWinds.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools including Ansible and Terraform.
• Solid scripting skills for automation and operational tasks.
• Experience with on-prem platforms: Linux, Windows, Backup, Storage, Database, Middleware, and Networking.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Cross-skilled in multiple infrastructure domains including Compute, Storage, Networks, and DWP.
• Experience in direct customer-facing roles.
