Description

You will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical database systems with a strong DBA focus.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases and Exadata systems.
• Implement high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions for database environments.
• Optimize database performance through SQL tuning, indexing, and resource management.
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and automation for database systems.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines for database deployments.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle DBA and Exadata administration.
• Expertise in PL/SQL, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• Knowledge of SQL Server or other RDBMS.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (OEM, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Good knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI) and automation tools.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, incident/change management.
