Description

You will enhance and operate cloud platform offerings by promoting a Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps culture, focusing on automation and operational excellence.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and review architecture patterns for service and application deployment in AWS.
• Automate platform functions for efficiency and reliability using CI/CD tooling.
• Administer the platform and troubleshoot complex issues within the cloud environment.
• Participate in on-call support for major incident resolution and problem management.
• Define and prioritize work with Product Owners, managing deliverables and workloads.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of overall IT experience, including 2+ years integrating and delivering public cloud solutions.
• 4+ years of experience with Kubernetes and Containerization Technologies (Kubernetes, AWS ECS/EKS) at scale.
• 4+ years of DevOps experience utilizing Jenkins, Helm, and Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Jira).
• 4+ years working with AWS core services: EC2, EKS, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
• Experience with Python, Ansible, and shell scripting for operational automation.
• Ability to provide 24x7 operational support and triage complex issues to restore availability.
• Strong written and oral communication skills to engage with technical and business partners.

Preferred Skills

• Capability to quickly comprehend new technologies and identify process improvements.
