Description

Manage application support in a critical real-time processing environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage production bridges during critical incidents and prioritize issues to resolution.
• Deploy microservices and resolve production issues stemming from architectural dependencies.
• Configure alerts and dashboards for newly onboarded applications.
• Analyze application code and deployment scripts to identify and resolve code bugs.
• Refine alerting logic and suggest technical improvements to monitoring workflows.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in application support for real-time processing environments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes application architecture and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in analyzing logs and metrics using Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Experience building monitoring dashboards and setting up application alerts.
• Ability to debug code and interpret recent deployment changes.
• Experience supporting microservices architectures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
