Description

You will design and implement engineering-centric Site Reliability Engineering solutions to drive IT operations transformation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect reliable, scalable systems focused on operational excellence and availability.
• Configure APM, infrastructure, synthetic, RUM, and log monitoring systems.
• Implement observability practices using telemetry data collection.
• Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, alerting, ITSM, and automation frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Expertise in Observability as a Service.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace APM.
• Experience with SolarWinds.
• Hands-on knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with log aggregation tools like Kibana or Splunk.
• Experience integrating with CI/CD Pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
