You will build scalable and resilient automation solutions for critical infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based automation to manage on-prem (Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Windows & Linux) and GCP/Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Integrate tools and services via APIs to ensure system interoperability.
• Implement automated chaos strategies, failover, and self-healing mechanisms to boost deployment reliability.
• Develop monitoring and alerting solutions using Splunk, GCP Operations Suite, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Perform root cause analysis and incident management, developing automation to prevent recurrence.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in Systems Engineering with a focus on reliability and automation.
• Expert proficiency in Python for automation and integrations.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and major cloud platforms, specifically GCP.
• Deep understanding of monitoring using Splunk, GCP Operations Suite, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Experience integrating systems using APIs and client libraries.
• Experience with Ansible for configuration automation.
