Description

You will own the reliability and scalability of infrastructure within an AWS environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production infrastructure on AWS.
• Automate operational tasks using Python and Shell scripting.
• Manage and support search systems built on Lucene, Solr, or Elasticsearch.
• Apply DevOps practices to improve system reliability and reduce toil.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional IT experience.
• Hands-on experience operating infrastructure on AWS.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting.
• Experience in SRE or DevOps roles.
• Familiarity with Lucene, Solr, or Elasticsearch ecosystems.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years tenure in previous roles.
