Description

Develop and maintain end-to-end observability and monitoring solutions across workstation, network, and backend layers to ensure optimal platform performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues in distributed systems.
• Leverage AppDynamics and Splunk to analyze metrics and implement proactive alerting.
• Support scaling environments and optimize system performance for platform infrastructure.
• Collaborate with global teams, including offshore support, to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Expertise in platform engineering with a focus on non-application development.
• Proficiency with observability tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and platform infrastructure.
• Experience supporting scaling environments.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to work onsite 3 days per week with early start times to coordinate with global teams.
