Description

You will own the reliability and operational health of core systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human error.
• Manage and respond to incidents, performing root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews.
• Design and maintain systems ensuring redundancy, fault tolerance, and scalability.
• Set, monitor, and maintain Service-Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Develop and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of program leadership or relevant consulting experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Bash, or Ruby.
• Deep understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems, file systems, and processes.
• Experience managing infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, and EC2.
• Expertise in Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Proficiency in setting up monitoring and observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and incident management procedures.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
