Description

Build scalable monitoring and observability solutions while maintaining application performance in cloud-native environments.

Responsibilities

• Build automation and monitoring solutions for observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventative solutions.
• Provide end-to-end support for applications running in Kubernetes and Docker environments.
• Participate in rotational on-call schedules to address system failures.
• Document technical problems and their respective resolutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• 5+ years of experience in AWS and/or GCP.
• 5+ years of experience building observability tools with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• 5+ years of experience in support projects and on-call rotations.
• 3+ years of full stack Python development.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and management.

Preferred Skills

• MLOps experience.
• MLE experience.
