Description
You will operate as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer providing L3 support for critical incidents.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve development issues affecting Active IQ UI, API, and Mongo DB.
- Provide US hour product support for critical incidents.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Work independently to address operational issues with minimal guidance.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- Strong experience with SRE practices and DevOps models.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Hands-on experience with AWS.
- Experience managing PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
- Familiarity with Linux environments and Netapp Storage.
- Understanding of software design principles and best practices.
- Kubernetes Certified and Linux Certified experience.
