Description

Provide L3 support and Site Reliability Engineering for critical infrastructure and applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve development issues affecting Active IQ UI, API, and MongoDB.
• Provide product support during US business hours for critical incidents.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work independently to address operational issues with minimal guidance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in SRE or DevOps roles.
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure.
• Experience managing PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and Netapp Storage.
• Understanding of software design principles and best practices.
• Kubernetes Certified and Linux Certified credentials.
