Description

You will own the reliability, scalability, and automation of complex data systems supporting millions of users on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain highly available, secure, and performant database systems using Cloud Native principles.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and deploy services in Kubernetes clusters using Helm and Kustomize.
• Manage infrastructure changes on AWS, ensuring deep understanding of core services.
• Participate in on-call rotations for pre-production and production systems, writing RCA documents to prevent incident recurrence.
• Automate manual steps, create operational playbooks, and contribute to system upgrades and monitoring enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps roles.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, specifically with Jenkins.
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, including deployment tools like Helm and Kustomize.
• Deep understanding of AWS services for infrastructure as code and management.
• Experience with Cloud Native principles for scalable and secure system design.
• Proven ability to automate infrastructure and reduce manual operational steps.
• Experience conducting FMEA/Chaos testing and security remediations.
