Description

You will design and maintain highly available data systems using Cloud Native principles.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and deploy services to Kubernetes using Helm and Kustomize.
• Manage infrastructure changes within AWS and automate manual processes to increase developer velocity.
• Participate in on-call rotations for production systems and write RCA documentation to prevent incident recurrence.
• Execute FMEA/Chaos testing, security remediations, and system upgrades.
• Create operational playbooks and contribute to monitoring and observability enhancements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining infrastructure in AWS.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with ArgoCD, Helm, and Kustomize.
• Strong knowledge of Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline management.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Wavefront, AppDynamics, or Prometheus.
• Expertise in performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and system tuning.
• Proficiency in scripting languages for DevOps automation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
