Description

Lead deployment and management of observability solutions across complex IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing application stacks to identify monitoring and observability requirements.
• Develop and execute a phased Dynatrace deployment roadmap to minimize service disruption.
• Configure full-stack monitoring for infrastructure, applications, and user experience.
• Establish custom analytics and alerting thresholds to provide actionable system insights.
• Provide technical training and documentation to enable tool adoption across IT teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT environments.
• Proven experience deploying Dynatrace or similar observability tools.
• Deep understanding of server stacks, networking, databases, and cloud services.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation for deployment and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of application architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage stakeholder requirements.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Dynatrace certification.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
• Experience with ITIL processes for incident and problem management.
