Description

You will manage and operate the production support lifecycle for a mission-critical tokenization platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production support lifecycle for the tokenization platform.
• Implement and maintain automation scripts for operational tasks.
• Adhere strictly to ITSM processes during incident management.
• Maintain stability and reliability of OpenShift environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in at least one of: Java, Vert.x, Python, Shell Scripting, Go, or REST.
• Experience managing container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, specifically Splunk and ELK stack.
• Experience with OpenShift environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with databases such as Postgres, Couchbase, or Oracle.
