Description

You will own cloud infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, and observability frameworks for AWS environments.

Responsibilities

• Automate data refreshes, software releases, and database snapshots using Ansible.
• Manage AWS environments including Control Tower, account creation, RDS, and SSO.
• Implement monitoring and alerting frameworks using Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, including state management.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines within GitLab to support automated deployments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience with 6-8 years specifically in SRE roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Control Tower, RDS, SSO, and Project Setup).
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong expertise in Terraform and Vault for secrets management.
• Experience with Linux commands and shell environments.
• Ability to code in Python, Java, Groovy-DSL, and YAML.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD setup.
• Familiarity with observability stacks including Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, or ELK.
• Practical knowledge of Kafka.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ansible for infrastructure automation.
