Description

You will manage and support Kubernetes and on-premises infrastructure while providing US-hour product support for critical incidents.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Kubernetes and on-premises infrastructure independently.
• Provide US-hour product support for critical incidents involving Active IQ UI, API, and MongoDB.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and troubleshoot development issues using established design principles.
• Support the DevOps lifecycle and deployment models.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SRE or related roles.
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems.
• Experience managing AWS cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with NetApp Storage.
• Background in DevOps support models.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance from technical leads.

• Any Graduate degree.
