Description

Manage and maintain infrastructure reliability through automation, technical leadership, and hands-on configuration.

Responsibilities

• Author and contribute to all project deliverables within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and post-completion analysis (PCA) for system issues.
• Mentor client project team members through continuous knowledge transfer.
• Participate in process flows, data conversion, and data maintenance tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in engineering roles.
• 4+ years of experience with Linux and scripting in Bash or Python.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Ansible, Rundeck, Jenkins, Harness, Chef, or Helm.
• Knowledge of Cloud Networking and GitHub for Config as Code.
• Experience with change management tools such as JIRA, incident.io, JSM, Slack, or ServiceNow.
• Ability to troubleshoot Kubernetes, Linux, networks, and Auth0.
• Experience using Grafana, Inclinica, or Rancher.

Preferred Skills

• Strong background in documentation and technical analysis.
