Description
You will support customer compute and network environments through 24x7x365 remote operations, focusing on incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ticket elimination.
Responsibilities
- Patch and harden RedHat Linux, Kubernetes, AKS, and ESXi environments.
- Manage security and load balancing infrastructure including Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 Loadbalancers, Arista Switches, and Web Application Firewalls.
- Execute business continuity and disaster recovery activities, including quarterly site-to-site failover validation and tabletop exercises.
- Handle compliance documentation for PCI data requests and collection.
- Perform fault isolation, repair, and root cause analysis summaries.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in SRE or hosting engineering roles.
- Strong administration and configuration skills for RedHat 7, 8, 9, and Windows Server 2012.
- Hands-on experience with VMware and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Bicep.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Atlassian tools, GitHub, and Artifactory.
- Scripting and automation capabilities in Python, Go, Bash, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Azure Functions and KeyVault.
- Understanding of VOIP protocols (SIP, WebRTC, RTP) and TLS 1.3 certificate management.
Preferred Skills
- Demonstrable experience in networking troubleshooting for enterprise environments.
