Description

Lead the technical design and implementation of Site Reliability Engineering solutions to drive an engineering-centric approach within IT operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect reliable, scalable systems focused on availability, performance, and operational excellence.
• Implement observability frameworks and telemetry data collection to provide end-to-end visibility of requests.
• Define SRE best practices for incident management, monitoring, alerting, and automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure application resiliency and optimize resource utilization.
• Mentor SRE teams and drive the integration of SRE practices across enterprise operational teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on SRE experience with cloud technologies, development, and automation toolsets.
• Expertise in Observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
• Deep understanding of authentication mechanisms using Ping, ForgeRock, and SiteMinder.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Control Tower, Project Setup, RDS, SSO) and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Linux commands, GitLab CI/CD, and Terraform state management.
• Strong automation skills using Ansible or scripting languages (Java, Python, Groovy-dsl).
• Practical knowledge of SLI/SLO blueprints and golden signal collection.
• Experience with Oracle, MySQL, MQ, and Kafka.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AppDynamics or Datadog for APM.
• Knowledge of Solarwinds for infrastructure monitoring.
