Description

Lead reliability and management of large-scale distributed software applications and production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage production environment health by monitoring availability and system performance.
• Build software and systems to automate platform infrastructure and application management.
• Integrate monitoring, logging, and observability data to create operational dashboards.
• Analyze metrics from operating systems and applications to perform tuning and fault finding.
• Partner with development teams on system design consulting, capacity planning, and release procedures.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in site reliability or systems engineering.
• Expertise in Dynatrace, including setting anomaly thresholds, alerting, and integration with notification channels.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace APIs and creating custom Dynatrace extensions.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell Scripting.
• Ability to program using structured and OOP methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale distributed software applications.
• Proven ability to define and balance service-level objectives with feature development.

Preferred Skills

• Coding experience beyond simple scripting.
• Previous success in technical engineering roles.
