Description

You will lead the design and architecture of scalable, reliable systems with a focus on operational excellence and observability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable services focused on availability, performance, and observability.
• Define SRE principles including incident management, monitoring, alerting, and automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure application resiliency and operational reliability.
• Implement monitoring systems to identify optimization areas and manage capacity forecasting.
• Mentor SRE teams and drive the evolution of engineering best practices across IT operations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on SRE experience with cloud technologies and automation.
• Expertise in Observability as a Service and telemetry collection using Dynatrace APM, SolarWinds, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Proficiency in log aggregation using Kibana or Splunk.
• Deep understanding of authentication mechanisms including Ping, ForgeRock, and SiteMinder.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Control Tower, RDS, SSO) and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and Linux commands.
• Automation experience using Ansible or scripting languages for data refreshes, releases, and DB snapshots.
• Programming proficiency in Java, Python, Groovy-DSL, and YAML.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications such as CSRE, CKA, or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional.
