Description

You will lead Site Reliability Engineering efforts focused on platform health and resilience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Improve platform health using SRE practices.
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards using APM tools.
• Manage alerts and observability across distributed systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Networking, and Infrastructure teams on platform challenges.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• 4+ years focused on Site Reliability Engineering.
• Working knowledge of APM tools including Splunk, GCL, ELK, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Experience with distributed systems, relational, and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with caching (Redis, memcache) or messaging tools (MQ, Kafka).
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting and DevOps tools like Ansible, including YAML playbook creation.
• Experience with container orchestration (OpenShift, Kubernetes) and cloud providers (AWS).
• Familiarity with Agile or rapid application development practices.
