Description

Lead SRE initiatives to transition IT operations toward an engineering-centric approach through design and implementation of reliable, scalable systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable systems with a focus on availability and performance.
• Own the design, configuration, deployment, and optimization of Dynatrace for enterprise-wide observability.
• Integrate observability tools with CI/CD pipelines, alerting systems, and incident automation frameworks.
• Analyze resource utilization to forecast capacity needs and optimize performance.
• Mentor SRE teams and define best practices for incident management and automation.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of hands-on SRE experience including cloud technologies and automation.
• Deep expertise in Dynatrace, including OneAgent, PurePath tracing, and Smartscape topology.
• Proficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Kibana.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of login authentication mechanisms using Ping, ForgeRock, or SiteMinder.
• Experience with distributed tracing, synthetic monitoring, and real user monitoring (RUM).
• Ability to tune alert thresholds and AI-driven anomaly detection to reduce noise.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of incident and problem management processes, including post-mortems.
