Description

You will lead SRE transformation by designing scalable systems and implementing engineering-centric observability solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect reliable, scalable systems with a focus on operational excellence and availability.
• Instrument applications using the OTEL Framework for .NET and Java.
• Configure APM, infrastructure, synthetic, RUM, and log monitoring across services.
• Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, alerting tools, and ITSM systems.
• Define SRE best practices for monitoring, alerting, and automation.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of hands-on SRE experience with cloud technologies and automation.
• Expertise in Dynatrace APM, including Plug-and-play observability modules (OKit) for Java and .NET.
• Strong skills in distributed tracing, synthetic/RUM, and log monitoring (Splunk, Kibana).
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Control Tower, RDS, SSO).
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux commands.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD setup and Terraform.
• Proficiency in monitoring and alerting setup using Prometheus and Grafana.
