Description

You will lead the SRE function, owning reliability strategy and ensuring the operational health and availability of services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define SRE strategy, process frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance to meet SLAs and uptime targets.
• Lead incident response and communications during outages.
• Drive capacity planning and forecasting to ensure performance at scale.
• Hire, mentor, and develop SRE engineers; set team goals and roadmap.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of proven SRE/DevOps/infrastructure experience with 2-3 years in leadership.
• Strong cloud experience, specifically with AWS.
• Expertise with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Proficient in scripting and programming for automation using Python or Bash.
• Deep experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/ELK Stack).
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
