Description

Lead technical architecture and infrastructure operations for the observability stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural guidance to engineers and define delivery plans with client-side technical leadership.
• Deploy and manage Grafana LGTM stacks in Kubernetes using Helm charts, implementing HPA and Keda autoscaling.
• Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and manage resources via the Azure portal.
• Onboard applications to Grafana, build health dashboards, and configure alerts and notifications.
• Manage production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and author runbooks for remediation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a similar role.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture, components, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Helm, GitHub, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Proficiency in PromQL, LokiQL, and TraceQL for data querying and visualization.
• Strong programming background in Java and/or .NET.
• Experience with Git and Azure Repos for version control.
• Ability to integrate Grafana with Azure Active Directory for authentication.
• Experience using Rancher Desktop or similar tools for local development.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
