Description

You will lead site reliability engineering efforts and mentor technical teams to ensure system scalability and uptime.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams using Jira, Teams, and Confluence.
• Design scalable, reliable systems using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud services.
• Manage incidents using PagerDuty or xMatters and conduct post-mortem analyses.
• Implement monitoring and observability using Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Automate workflows using Terraform, Ansible, Python, or Bash.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in site reliability or infrastructure engineering.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with Kafka and Cassandra.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or ShellScript.
• Experience with middleware, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Ability to perform capacity planning and performance forecasting.
• Proficiency with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining and tracking reliability goals through SLA/SLO management in ServiceNow.
• Ability to assess system reliability using the ELK Stack to implement continuous improvements.
