You will manage a technical team delivering resilient, secure, and scalable services for mortgage borrowers and lenders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of Engineers and Analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
• Develop and refine processes to streamline workflows and drive continuous improvement through automation.
• Lead complex projects, including data center migrations and major system upgrades.
• Conduct root cause analysis and post-mortems following production incidents.
• Define non-functional requirements to ensure services meet 24/7 availability standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a people management or team lead role within 24x7 production support.
• Fluency in one or more scripting languages: Python, Shell, Perl, PHP, or Ruby.
• Experience with Java Development and .NET environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using systematic problem-solving approaches.
• Proven experience leading Incident Response and conducting RCA/post-mortems.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, OCP, and AWS environments.
• Experience implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts.
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk, BigPanda, or PagerDuty.

Preferred Skills

• Process-oriented with strong documentation skills (e.g., Confluence).
