Lead a team of 8+ engineers to deliver technology-enabled business solutions and manage complex IT projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, hire, and mentor a team of 8+ engineers to build high-performing engineering teams.
• Manage medium to large, complex IT projects involving multiple internal and external dependencies.
• Set technical direction, track progress, and ensure accountability across cross-organization and cross-enterprise projects.
• Analyze and implement cost-effective, quality solutions for technical issues within your area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify needs, negotiate requirements, and ensure successful project execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software architecture, design, networking, system administration, or database management.
• Proven experience as a Technical Manager, Production Manager, or SRE/DevOps Lead.
• Expertise with Python, Oracle, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with SRE tools including Elastic, Logstash, Kibana, and Grafana.
• Background in Core Banking and Finacle environments.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Financial Services industry.
