Description

You will own the management and monitoring of business-critical 24x7 real-time applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Handle all support requests, including incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Investigate and resolve application incidents, retaining ownership through 3rd Line or IT Change resolution.
• Monitor application events, alerts, job schedules, capacity, and performance KPIs.
• Apply AI Ops techniques to analyze logs, metrics, and traces for proactive trend identification.
• Coordinate with development and product teams for release readiness and early design input.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in SRE or similar technical support roles.
• Proficiency in AWS environment operations.
• Strong SQL querying and data manipulation skills.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tooling.
• Ability to provide second-line client-facing technical support.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Skill in applying AI/ML techniques to anomaly detection and predictive alerting.
