Description

You will support IT applications operations by implementing monitoring and event management solutions for distributed environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage effective monitoring and event management solutions.
• Ensure processes and solutions handle distributed applications across local, cloud, and virtualized environments.
• Apply SRE principles, specifically SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs.
• Take strong ownership of tasks and work independently.
• Script and engineer infrastructure batch and monitoring tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant IT operations or systems administration experience.
• Expert knowledge of Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux operations.
• Familiarity with Python or Jython.
• Experience with scripting and engineering infrastructure batch and monitoring tools.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of distributed application architectures across hybrid environments.
