You are an SRE Operations Engineer responsible for bridging engineering and operations functions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex production incidents across the stack.
• Automate manual operational processes.
• Mentor junior L1 engineers on operational procedures.
• Drive reliability improvements for core services.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Proficiency in automation using Python and Ansible.
• Experience managing APIs, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and Databases (DBs).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Strong background in general automation practices.
