Description

You will bridge engineering and operations by resolving complex production incidents and driving reliability improvements for core services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex production incidents across the full stack.
• Automate manual operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Mentor junior L1 engineers on operational procedures and best practices.
• Drive reliability improvements for core services and infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in site reliability or operations engineering.
• Expertise with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Proficiency in automation using Python and Ansible.
• Experience managing APIs, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and Databases (DBs).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Strong background in general automation practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
