Lead the SRE and Operations team to ensure platform stability and drive project execution across four Agile teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage full team coverage and task execution for four main Agile teams.
• Oversee Scrum and Kanban workflows to execute platform changes requested by stakeholders.
• Lead the SRE/Ops team in delivering requested platform updates.
• Ensure consistent task execution and team availability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in SRE or Operations roles.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Experience working within Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• Ability to manage team coverage and task execution.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field of study.
