Description

You will own Level 2 production support for the internal API gateway platform and its ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex production incidents involving upstream and downstream components.
• Provide engineering support to developer communities regarding self-service offerings.
• Assist developers with API usage, focusing on authentication and authorization flows.
• Contribute to team knowledge through DevRel activities and clinic sessions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in SRE or similar operations roles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting REST APIs, AuthN, and AuthZ.
• Hands-on experience with Tyk API Gateway and its operational environment.
• Experience with RHEL8 on VM and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitLab CI.
• Experience monitoring and logging using Splunk and Dynatrace APM.
• Working knowledge of secrets management tools like Vault.
