Oversee daily operations of production environments to ensure the functionality of critical applications and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage escalations and lead teams in resolving complex production issues.
• Oversee incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Drive performance improvements across production environments.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business operations teams.
• Automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or system administration.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• 6+ years of experience with ITIL processes.
• 6+ years of experience with monitoring tools and log analysis, such as Splunk.
• 6+ years of experience with scripting in Python or Shell.
• 6+ years of experience with database systems including SQL and Oracle.
• Proven ability to perform database troubleshooting in production.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
