Description

Manage application availability and performance through proactive monitoring and rapid incident response.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application behavior and infrastructure using Splunk, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace to identify and diagnose performance issues.
• Perform triage and root cause analysis for incidents involving server utilization, network saturation, and application tuning.
• Participate in Major Incident Management calls and coordinate resolution with customers and vendors.
• Manage response actions for high-value business transactions and maintain technical documentation for software and hardware layers.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support for production servers on a rotational basis.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Production Support.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in programming using Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Mesos, Kubernetes, and YARN.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across application, network, and infrastructure layers.
